My personal experiences, One of the best hotel that you can found in Cebu, Philippines is the Water front Hotel & Casino in IT Park Cebu City. It’s true that every hotels of every price range, which is progress, we can all embrace. Their amenities was totally great, Make sure you will use their swimming pool and Gym. Or if you want to play a little bit amount of Money ( just don’t be addicted) you can go to the Casino.
